Our experienced staff will contact and manage multiple vendors to meet all your specific requests. With our

effective communication and organizational skills, we will ensure that all the vendors are on the same page

regarding setup timelines, setup requirements and logistics prior to event start time.

An event planning fee is automatically applied when selecting services outside of the 3 main areas which include:

1. main backdrop decor

2. welcome area

3. treat boxes station (excludes custom boxes).
